-Free Consultation

-Two prenatal home visits

-Unlimited text and email support from pregnancy through the first few months postpartum

-On call and ready for your birth 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks

-Assistance in the creation of your birth plan and postpartum care plan

-Continuous attendance at your birth, whether in a hospital, birth center or at home

-Assistance in adjustment to new parenthood for a few hours after birth and support with initial breastfeeding

-Two postpartum home wellness and support visits

-Optional prenatal and postpartum massage care for a discounted rate

Virtual Birth Doula Support

-Unlimited text and email support from pregnancy through the first few months postpartum

-On call and ready for your birth 24/7 beginning at 35 weeks

-Assistance in the creation of your birth plan and postpartum care plan

-Continuous virtual (video and phone) attendance at your birth, providing the same advocacy, advice and support virtually!

-Assistance in adjustment to new parenthood via virtual initial breastfeeding support and assistance in making sure you are taken care of and settled, before ending the video chat session

-Two postpartum video call wellness and support visits
